Our Solution
The project was inherently complex as the Unit was located within a courtyard surrounded by adjacent facilitates. Despite this, the project was completed within the required timeline, remained on budget and allowed all adjacent clinical areas to remain fully operational.
The project required a courtyard infill from the lower ground to level 01 of the PFI building to create a Day Surgery Unit, comprising of 13 new cabin rooms, a procedure room and associate support.
